One cold winter night I went camping in woodeat forest by myself with MARSHMALLOWS. Suddenly I heard a creaking noise. My teeth were chattering and my body was paralysed.

Then I looked behind me and saw beady black eyes staring at me. Next I saw 2 gigantic ears. After that I saw a slithery body, 11 small feet, 6 extremely sharp claws, enormous bumps, 4 eyes, triangular nose, and teeth as sharp as knives. So I know that it was a monster. The monster said his name was “Woodeat”.

Next, I looked at my marshmallow and threw it on the monsters’ mouth. Then, I held up the marshmallow bag. The monster licked the bag and swallowed it! There were no more left, so he wanted to eat me.

After that I threw the stick and the fire as far as I could. Then the monster raced after the wood and I ran away. Now I understand why he was named “Woodeat”, because he likes to eat wood.
